Terms of Service – O-Ring Service Kits

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of sealing products, including O-Ring service kits, all sales are final. Once kits leave our facility, we cannot accept returns. This protects product conformity, lot traceability, and quality integrity.

No Returns for Wrong Size or Assortment Claims of wrong size or incorrect kit contents are not eligible for return. Most issues result from measurement or selection errors rather than defects. If you suspect a tolerance issue, we require an Olypsys® scan to verify dimensions.

Customer Responsibility You are responsible for ordering the correct sizes, materials, and kit contents. We strongly recommend confirming your requirements (using AS568 inch dimensions or metric equivalents) before placing your order. Contact us if you need sizing assistance.

Limited Resolution for Quality Issues If you believe a kit does not meet the agreed specification, notify us promptly. We will review the issue and make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate concerns while maintaining traceability.

Liability We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper application, installation, or handling of O-Rings or kits after delivery. You accept all products at your own risk and agree to hold us harmless from any related liability.

Order Cancellation Cancellations must be requested within 10 minutes of order placement. After that, we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
