Refund policy

Our return policy for O-Ring kits is the same as for individual seals:

All sales are final. Once O-Ring kits leave our facility, we cannot accept returns. This protects product conformity, lot traceability, and quality integrity for all sealing products, including kits.

Wrong size or assortment issues are not eligible for return, as most stem from measurement or selection errors rather than defects. If you suspect a tolerance issue with any O-Rings in the kit, we require an Olypsys® scan to verify dimensions.
